These draft terms describe the intended cash-first ordering service. Live ordering remains disabled in the current private testing environment.

Service and availability
RapidEats connects customers with participating kitchens and delivery partners. Menus, opening times and delivery coverage depend on the participating business and location. A listing does not guarantee that a kitchen is open or that an order will be accepted.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Protect your sign-in credentials and use the service lawfully. Vendor and delivery partner permissions are subject to the applicable onboarding and approval requirements.
Orders, prices and cash payment
Review the selected items, options, currency, delivery or pickup choice, delivery fee, discounts and final total before confirming. Belize prices use BZD; Mexico prices use MXN. Cash on delivery or cash at pickup is the planned initial payment method. Wallet and card payments are deferred.
Food and allergies
Menus are supplied by participating kitchens. Contact the kitchen about ingredients, allergens and dietary needs before ordering. Do not assume a meal is allergen-free based on a photo, description or category.
Delivery and collection
Delivery timing is an estimate and depends on preparation, availability, traffic and the destination. Supply a reachable contact number and accurate address, or collect at the agreed kitchen location. Delivery to an address must be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
The operator must confirm cancellation cutoffs, non-delivery handling, cash refunds and complaint procedures before accepting live orders. This draft does not impose a non-refundable payment rule. Contact support promptly about an order problem once the published support channel is available.
Rights and responsibilities
Customers retain applicable consumer rights. Final terms must define the operator’s identity, the responsibilities of kitchens and delivery partners, dispute handling and any lawful limits of liability. No clause in this draft waives mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and governing terms
The final effective date, governing law, jurisdiction and market-specific operating policies must be reviewed and confirmed before launch. Updated terms will be made available here. Private testing does not authorize live payments or real deliveries.
